Learn the complete Rejuvance method through hands-on practice
∞
Rejuvance is a gentle fingertip massage method for the face, scalp and neck, developed by Stanly Rosenberg.
It works with the connective tissue, facial muscles and the subtle structures of the face and head, using precise and gentle touch.
The result can be surprisingly visible: as tension releases, the face often becomes softer, more relaxed and more alive.
You do not need previous massage experience to learn Rejuvance.
Prefer to learn online?
If travelling to Greece is not possible, you can also learn Rejuvance online, in English and at your own pace.
The online course contains video demonstrations and teaching material, allowing you to study the Rejuvance method from wherever you are and return to the material whenever you wish.
Online Rejuvance Course in English
This is a different learning format from the hands-on Rejuvance course described above. Currently the online course is on hold.
If you prefer to learn directly with me and practise the techniques together, you can also look at the Rejuvance Masterclass options.
Why learn Rejuvance?
Perhaps you would simply like to learn a beautiful facial massage for yourself.
Perhaps you are a massage therapist, physiotherapist, beautician or complementary therapist and would like to add a different approach to your professional work.
Or perhaps you are simply curious about what your hands can do.
Rejuvance can be used professionally, but it is also a wonderful method to experience personally.
One of the special things about learning it is that you don’t only learn how to give the treatment, you receive it yourself too.
Content of the Rejuvance course:
The course includes the complete Rejuvance sequence and its practical application.
You will learn:
– techniques for releasing and relaxing the subcutaneous connective tissue
– work with the facial muscles and the tissues of the face and scalp
– techniques for facial lifting and softening the appearance of lines
– techniques for balancing the left and right sides of the face and head
– massage of the face, scalp, neck, décolleté and shoulders
– facial observation and diagnosis
– anatomy of the face, head, neck and shoulders
– how to apply and combine the different techniques
– facial self-massage
– facial exercises and facial yoga
– variations and additional techniques
– ways of combining Rejuvance with other approaches such as massage, aesthetics, acupuncture, Shiatsu or Reiki
– an introduction to natural cosmetics and the use of essential oils. We can explore how simple facial oils or serums can be prepared and adapted to different skin types.
Learning through experience
Rejuvance is a hands-on method, so practical work is at the heart of the course.
During the practical part, students work with each other and receive the complete series of six different Rejuvance sessions from a fellow student.
This is an important part of the learning.
You can feel for yourself what the treatment does, how the touch feels and how the face and head respond.
When you later give the treatment to someone else, you are not working only from theory. You know the experience from the receiving side as well.
After the course
By the end of the course, you will have learned how to apply the complete six-session Rejuvance sequence.
You will also have a deeper understanding of:
– the anatomy and physiology of the face, scalp, neck and décolleté
– facial and head tension and relaxation
– the energetic aspect of this subtle form of touch
– relevant acupuncture points in the area
– simple facial self-massage
– facial and neck exercises that can be taught for home practice
If you work professionally, Rejuvance can be incorporated into your existing practice.
It can also be used simply as a personal method of facial relaxation and care.
My experience with Rejuvance
Rejuvance has been an important part of my professional life for many years.
I taught Rejuvance in Greece for more than two decades, and over the years I worked with many people while teaching and practising the method.
What I value most about Rejuvance is its subtlety. The fingers do not need to force the tissues. They learn to listen to them. For me, teaching Rejuvance has therefore never been only about memorising a series of techniques.
It is also about developing sensitivity in the hands, learning to observe the face and understanding how much can happen through very gentle touch.
Certificate
At the end of the course, you receive a certificate of attendance.
Duration
6 sessions × 4 hours, or in another combination of hours.
The course combines theoretical information with extensive practical training.
Reviews
«“During the Rejuvance seminar I managed to erase seven years of persistent wrinkles between my eyebrows. The results maintained for two years. My clients were also very satisfied. This result comes from the very relaxing process of Rejuvance — results without unnecessary chemicals found in other anti-aging methods. It is really impressive.”» F.Manoliou, massage therapist
«“I strongly recommend this course! The results are spectacular, and Carine’s teaching is professional and very comprehensive. Thank you, Carine, for everything!”»
N. Nove, beautician
